The relationship between Boutique Hotel Constans and the customer is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute that is not resolved amicably shall be referred to the Czech courts. CANCELLATION POLICY

GUARANTEE POLICY:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

STANDARD HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of later cancellation, a cancellation fee of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

We are a non-smoking hotel!

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RESTRICTED BOOKINGS; “PREPARE & SAVE“

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

PLEASE NOTE that the reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment method conditions: 100% prepayment on the day of booking. It is NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS “STAY 5 NIGHTS OR MORE & SAVE“

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

In case of later cancellation, a cancellation fee of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
